Ladies and gentlemen, we are taking the next major step towards scaling the work of OSE. We are starting a 4 year apprenticeship for Future Builders. Forget about trade school or college – we are offering a radical, transformative alternative: The Future Builders Academy.
In 4 years or less – you will learn to build seed eco-homes as 24 person crew – in only 5 days from start to finish. But construction is brutal hard work – that’s why your role in the program is to find the worst part – and fix it. We make constant improvements to make building homes – and many other things – better, cheaper, faster, stronger. The program is self-funding via work-study – so you finish without getting into debt.Apply today.

Our milestone as of late 2025 is to recruit a team of 24 Future Builders for the full 4 year immersion program, such that we demonstrate the feasibility of a scalable, affordable housing enterprise core – easily producing 50 homes per year with a $5M net revenue benchmark. Once we can develop this, we can scale – and finish the Global Village Construction Set by 2028. We are looking for people with the bold humility to make this happen – coupled with the spritual enlightenment required for sharing openly.

By building Seed Eco-Homes, we are funding much broader, public-interest OSE development – allowing apprentices to participate and sustain themselves in this work. Until the GVCS is completed in 2028, when a much more level economic playing field will be born, and the OSE movement swells to numerous campuses in other locations around the world. Take a look at the bigger picture of OSE.
